We offer only the best merchandise and customer satisfaction is what keeps us in business - it's of the highest importance to us.
If, for any reason whatsoever, you're not 100% delighted with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund, exchange or store credit. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your item, and returned in its' original condition and packaging. Items damaged, altered or not in its' original condition may not be returned.
We do not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is the result of a deficiency in the product or an error on our part we will then refund your shipping costs as well. Refunds will be issued once we've received your purchase and confirmed its' original condition.
Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.
If you're returning an item, you must first obtain a 'Returned Merchandise Authorization' number (RA#) from us. To do so, please email lmkarts@telus.net or phone (604) 817-5224 Monday - Friday, 10:00a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST. At this time, please give us the product code number and quantities being returned. Any items shipped without a RA # will be returned to sender.
For returns to us within Canada, please use Canada Post surface parcel post and in the United States use United States Postal Service economy service for the most economical rates.
**Please note - If you return any item from the United States, do not use UPS or Fedex as these courier services will create additional and unnecessary brokerage charges which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please clearly mark your package 'Canadian Goods Returning to Canada' to avoid any additional duty charges being incurred.

All of our orders are shipped by Canada Post/United States Postal Service utilizing their Expedited Parcel services with delivery 5 - 12 business days after shipping (continental North America). Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping may take up to 25 business days travel time. We will send email confirmation of your order giving you the shipping date and delivery standard in shipping days as well as tracking information.
If you wish to use an express delivery service, additional shipping charges will be applied based on the carrier used. Please contact us at lmkarts@telus.net to request alternate shipping options.
Orders shipped internationally need to be determined on an individual basis. Please place your order and we will contact you with shipping costs - no orders will be charged to your account until we have received confirmation from you agreeing to the shipping costs.
**International orders may be subject to the duties, import taxes, customs and brokerage fees regulated by your government. LMK Fabric Arts does not charge or collect these fees, nor do we determine the amount of the fees. All such fees are the responsibility of the individual placing the order and are not included in the quote for shipping charges.
Canadian residents pay 6% GST, and British Columbia residents pay 7% PST as well. These taxes are charged on product prices prior to adding shipping and handling fees. US and international orders do not pay any Canadian taxes on product prices.
